Standard Supervision
Our team is dedicated to providing safe and reliable supervision and basic documentation of case notes. We provide a safe and friendly no contact exchange between parents and child as needed.
Cost: $65/hour
Unsupervised Visitation
Sometimes parents may find themselves needing a more child/family friendly environment to see their children at. York Adams Custody Supervision offers our services to those parents. Parents may use our facility to spend time with their children, making use of everything we have to offer without a supervisor present.
Cost: $45/hour
Non-Client Custody Exchange
Co-parenting can be hard. York Adams Custody Supervision offers parents a no-contact custody exchange between parents who need the service. A supervisor will safely escort the child to and from parents during custody exchanges, allowing for a safe and easy exchange for both the child and the parents.
Cost: $80/Exchange
Guided Supervision
Our team is dedicated to providing safe and reliable supervision, as well as case note documentation for each visit. In our Guided Supervision Plan we offer goal setting for the parent with their child, co-parenting goal setting, and case notes to track all progress towards the goals established from the results of the assessments provided. This service also includes appropriate intervention during supervision as needed to support the client. Non contact exchange as needed.
Cost: $80/hour
Assessments
Assessments are available to all clients and can be a valuable tool for gaining deeper insight into family dynamics, co-parenting challenges, and individual needs. These insights can help inform the development of parenting or co-parenting goals. Clients are encouraged to share their assessment results with their mental health providers or other support professionals as appropriate.
The assessment fee includes the administration of two Level B self-report assessments and the distribution of results. For clients who choose to participate in Guided Supervision, this fee also covers collaborative goal setting based on the assessment findings. Participation in Guided Supervision is optional and not required to access assessment services.

Initial Intake Fees
There is a one-time intake fee that covers the paperwork process for both sides. This all covers all initial communication with attorneys or other relevant parties to establish supervision and filing.
Cost: $100
Home/Community Supervision
We offer supervision In-Home or in the Community for all of our services. This service is available if allowed by your court order. This service is by request and not always guaranteed, based off the current availabilities (price includes travel fees). A home inspection must be completed prior to approval (price includes travel fees).
Cost: $90/hour One-Time Home Inspection: $75/Flat Rate
Court Testimonials
If requested, York/Adams Custody Supervision will provide the supervision documentation for requested dates once per quarter. Documentation covers parent attendance, general engagement with child, goals met/not met (if applicable), and concerning behavior only if it meets our criteria for an incident report. All data is composed of observances and void of any and all opinion.
All additional information and documentation will come at the charge of $50. If subpoenaed to speak to general summaries, the party responsible for ordering the subpoena is responsible for paying the court fees associated with attendance. This information may be obtained by contacting the facility.
Family Reunification/Therapeutic Supervision
Through our partnership with Wike Counseling Services, we are offering court ordered family reunification and therapeutic supervision services. This service includes 1 hour of interactive reunification therapy with a therapist (while under the supervision of the supervision staff), and 1 hour of engaged guided supervision based off the therapy session, from the supervision staff.

The goal of this service is to provide interactive healing between families with therapy and then provide immediate follow through after the therapy hour.
